Product or service reviewed: Furnace Repair

The technicians did an amazing job servicing our furnace when it wasnt working properly in negative temperatures. They were prompt & thorough and they communicated effectively about the work that needed to be done. The cost was affordable as well! We will be using Rhymes in the future and recommending them to anyone who needs this type of work in their home.

Frank R was our tech. He was thorough and professional. He correctly diagnosed the problem from my description and then proved that he was correct. He had a new thermostat in his truck-that was the problem-switched it out and went on his way. Great job, as is always the case with Rhymes. Thanks, Frank!

I've used for years to check my HVAC.  This week, on a regular check, they found AND SHOWED ME a crack in my heat exchanger.  It is a 15+ year old furnace...so time to replace, but they offered details on just replacing heat exchanger/ replacing furnace with various choices and levels...replacing whole system .  No pressure, time given for decisions.  And when I decided, they did it the next morning!  My basement ended up CLEANER than when they arrived.  I was given explanation of system and time to ask questions.  VERY professional, nice and helpful, skilled work.
